POLICIES & PROCEDURESShipping:We ship our products UPS overnight, to ensure that you receive your order fresh and unspoiled. Food is perishable. Upon receipt of your order you'll need to refrigerate or freeze the food promptly (according to the instructions provided).We ship on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You will receive your order the following day. You can place orders on our site 24 hours a day and request a specific ship date from the calendar provided. However since your order will be freshly prepared on the requested ship date, all orders must be submitted by 4:00 PM so that we can ship it out the following day (and you'll receive it a day later). For instance, if you need your order by Wednesday, your order must be placed no later than 4:00 PM on Monday (it will ship on Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday). If you need an order on a certain day or time, that does not comply with our shipping procedures, please contact our office during normal business hours at 212-921-4433 and we'll try to accommodate you. Changes / Cancellations:All orders processed through this website are automatically confirmed with an order# which will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email, your order might not be received and may not ship. Please call us to confirm receipt of your order.Since these orders are processed through our system automatically and then received by our chefs to prepare your order, we generally can not accept any changes or cancellations. However you can always call our office during normal business hours at 212-921-4433 or email us at orders@lougsiegel.com and we'll try to accomodate you. Packaging:All of our products are packed in microwave safe containers and are double sealed. Do not use if the wrapping is open or appears to be tampered with.Shabbos and Yom Tove meals are packed in oven safe wrapping. |
